SFW Construction was able to respond to an active leak in our Townhome’s roof. The crew quickly identified the source of the leak (a rafter nail that had worked its way out of the rafter and through the shingles). They provided an accurate estimate for the scope of work. Let me know the unknowns related to rafter water damage upfront, and executed a high quality repair for a reasonable price!
